Got a dispatch text? Use the Work Completed link sent with it — that's tied to the exact work order. The Work Completed button here is for jobs without one (self-found issues, walk-ups).

Pulling the current property list from KPON Link Works.
Start A New Audit
Fill in what you know. You'll land on the check-up form with these already in place.
Open Systems Capture
Jump straight into the systems form for one property — water, HVAC, water heater, roof, electrical, septic, and access.
Log Work Completed
For jobs without a dispatch text — self-found issues, walk-up requests, anything you're closing out on the spot. Got a text with a link already? Use that one instead; it's already tied to the work order.
How This Works
1
Every property shows a ring — how many of its 7 systems (water, HVAC, water heater, roof, electrical, septic, access) are logged. Tap a property to see what's missing and jump straight to the right tool.
2
Mid-audit? A gold Audit In Progress card appears up top so you never lose your place, even after closing the tab.
3
Use New Audit, Systems Capture, or Work Completed from this Command Center for any property. For a dispatched work order, always use the link sent in the dispatch text instead — it's tied to that exact job so photos and notes land in the right place.
4
Client Review is handled through the owner or client’s direct approval link. It is intentionally not available as a generic Field Ops shortcut.
5
The ✕ next to Online/Offline up top means the crew phone has no signal — you can still enter data, it'll save as a draft and sync once you're back in range.
